Launched in 2017 as the Container Traders and Innovators Association (CTIA) our traders association is now the Container Self-Storage & Traders Association (CSTA).
This international scheme is designed to protect all parties and ensures that accredited members demonstrates professionalism and reliability.
CSTA checks applicant members to verify compliance with the CSTA membership criteria and code of conduct although it does not offer any warranties or redress on the activities of any CSTA member.
The code of conduct covers professional standards, financial, regulations and standards, anti-trust competition legislation, established trading, client contracts and agreements and CSTA Branding and Terms of Membership.
Members of the CSTA have access to a number of technical documents for traders and self-storers, and are also welcome to attend a number of meetings and webinars.
